Merchandise that has a manufacturing defect can be returned to us. Please contact us prior to returning the merchandise for a return authorization. Shipping fees, if any, cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used due to the medical nature of the equipment. To avoid this, we make every effort
to help you be sure of sizes and features of items prior
to shipment. If you have any doubts or questions about the equipment selected, please discuss these concerns prior to shipment.
A special note about masks: Mask sizes vary, even between
the different models by the same manufacturer. Just because
you wear a medium mask in one model, do not assume you wear
a medium in another. Check with us to be sure!
After receiving a return authorization, return the item to us. Include a written explanation of the issue and your name in the package with the item.
